The 南部 Chinese province of Guangxi which borders Vietnam offers much to the bird photographer. One of our main objectives during this Bird-Photo-Tour will be on obtaining portraits of the 弄岗穗鹛, an endemic bird that was only recently described to science. Guangxi Province also offers a great opportunity for close photographic encounters with 蓝背八色鸫, the striking 白翅蓝雀 and also the charismatic 印支绿鹊. With difficult-to-encounter birds also including 褐胸山鹧鸪, 白眶斑翅鹛 and 白鹇 this 9-day bird photography workshop to the under-visited province of Guangxi provides a great opportunity to achieve portrait-quality images of endemic, near-endemic and also range-restricted birds.
